	Violin Performance Each student performs in two solo recitals per year and have opportunities to play in four or more group performances annually. Playing solos motivates students to polish a piece and skills; playing in a group is fun and helps motivate students enormously. The group performs regularly at the Andersonville Midsommarfest and the Swedish-American Museum, and has performed at the Chicago Bulls, the Southport Kids' Street Fair and numerous churches.
